4. The Wood element.

This element is represented by the colour green. The season is spring and the emblem is thunder. The organs are the liver and the gallbladder.


Problems of digestion, blood cleansing and obesity are associated with a wood imbalance. The negative emotion is hate and anger and the positive emotion is love. Breathe deeply allow loving feelings to flow into your liver and gallbladder.


5. The Fire element

The fire element is represented by the colours red and orange. The season is spring and the emblem is the sun and lightening. The organs are the heart and the small intestine.


Problems of digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients, plus cardiovascular ill health are associated with the fire element.


The negative emotions are holding grudges and the failure to forgive and the positive emotion is joy. Breathe joy into your heart and small intestine.
